1. Delivery Guarantee & Timeline

In rare, exceptional circumstances (high demand, supplier verification), delivery may extend up to 48 hours. If we are unable to deliver your product within this timeframe, a full refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method — no questions asked.

2. Instant Replacement Guarantee

All software license keys, workspace seats, and digital subscriptions are sourced directly from verified authorized distributors. If any product key fails to activate or reports an invalid status upon initial redemption, our technical support team will provide an instant replacement key after verification within 15 to 30 minutes.

3. Refund Eligibility for Digital Goods

Due to the intrinsic nature of digital goods (keys, serial numbers, and workspace invitations) which are irrevocably delivered upon payment confirmation, refunds are provided under the following verified conditions:

• Delivery Not Completed Within 48 Hours: If we cannot deliver your product within 48 hours of confirmed payment, a full refund is guaranteed.
• Unresolvable Key Defect: If a delivered license key cannot be activated and our technical team is unable to replace it with a functioning key within 24 hours.
• Out of Stock / Delivery Failure: If an item was charged but our automated fulfillment engine cannot allocate inventory.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances:

• Customer changed their mind after a functioning license key has been revealed or viewed in the digital vault.

• Violation of third-party platform terms of service resulting in personal account bans or suspensions.
